Beautiful, NEWLY REMODELED (in December 2021) Oceanfront Condo on the 1st floor. This 1 bedroom condo has a gourmet kitchen new appliances, luxury vinyl plank floors and newly remodeled bathroom. There are 2 bunk beds perfect for young guests. Your private balcony overlooks crashing waves, and steps to the beach.

Sleep to the tranquil crashing of the waves (better than any sound machine). You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The State fishing pier, Seaview pier, is 3 miles away, Splash by the Sea restaurant (3.5 miles), shopping and more restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE.

REMINDER: THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HAS TIDES FROM -1 FEET AT LOW TIDE up to 6.5 FEET AT HIGH TIDE. THERE COULD BE SEVERAL HOURS A DAY WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO BEACH. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CONDO COMMUNITY, THE BEACH IS WIDE OPEN.

Amazing View

This is my third time at this condo and I always enjoy my stay here in North Topsail. The view is amazing. It is peaceful and the community is very friendly. You are right at the beach. The view doesn’t get any better than this!

Nice accommodations and all we needed !

We found our stay in (two) of this host’s properties excellent. Fully equipped kitchen for basic cooking needs, plenty of towels, excellent views of ocean!! Easy access from vehicle to condo (for loading/unloading) AND easy access to the beach - complete water station also. We will be back - especially in Fall, don’t know about peak summer

Awesome Condo

What a beautiful condo! Perfect location. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck watching the tide come and go. We loved walking on the beach looking for sharks teeth. Hosts were awesome. They kept in touch and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful condo. We can’t wait to come back again!

Oceanfront

We love going here every year. The condo was clean and the floor plan was great. Loved the minimal decor. It was done tastefully. Hope you liked the fact that I tried to clean the bedroom window on a rainy day. Thanks for all of the good communication

work stay

This was a great place to stay great for 1-2 people lots of room, enjoyed the Tiki Bar thats in walking distance very friendly group. Marc was very helpful with any issues that may have came up.
