wonderful modern apartment in old town

excellent location. Easy walking distance to Farmer's market, the little beach, Le Nomade, Picasso museum and many great restaurants The whole apartment building is brand new. You can still smell it in the elevator. Apartment itself is decent size. Very clean and very quiet. Excellent air condition for each room. Very nice when come back from outside.
