There is a Swedish proverb that says, "Life without love is like a year without summer". After your visit to "Just Add Sun" at 519 Seascape, you might say "A year without summer, is like a vacation without renting 519 Seascape". It is difficult words to describe this terrific condominium located near the tip of the Isle of Palms in Wild Dunes. The view is the first stunning aspect of this home. Located on the top floor of the Seascape Condominiums, 519 Seascape features a large dining table that seats six with a high bar table and two stools looking to the northeast as beachgoers, dolphins, and kiteboarders make their way towards you. Inside you will be breathless, as the beauty and attention to detail overwhelm your senses.

One of the premier interior decorators in Charleston renovated and decorated this home. Imported tile flooring, premium carpeting, and wonderful bathrooms are just a few of the improvements that separate this condominium from the majority on the Island. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and is thoroughly equipped to handle all of your needs during your vacation. The living room is highlighted with a large flat-screen television, leather sofa, and comfortable seating. Each bedroom has a magnificent king bed, with equally nice bedding and accessories. Please note that the upper king bedroom is a loft overlooking the living area and out towards the ocean.

When it is time to hit the beach, you will first walk by the private pool for the Seascape Community. The ocean views from the pool are tremendous. After crossing a small set of dunes your family will be on the beach within one minute of leaving the elevator. Wide and clean, the beach at Seascape is very unique in that it takes different forms as the tide rolls in and out.

Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date.
• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

The beauty, views, and design of 519 Seascape will bring your family back year after year. It just will not feel like a vacation unless they are staying in 519 Seascape.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The pool is not heated.
- Due to the construction, the entrance to the building may be challenging to spot, but it is located to the left of the scaffolding.

Great location, beautiful view. Broken bar stool, broken lamp. Washer/dryer very dated (rust). Sheets in master with dog hair - mgr brought new sheets to us. Good otherwise.

False advertisement, overpriced
The ad says that one side of the building is being "renovated" so rentals have been reduced. There is a huge difference between renovation and active construction. First, every morning at 745-8 am I was woke up by the loud construction. Second, you have to walk through an active construction zone to go to the pool or elevator. The ad makes it seem like one side of the building is being "renovated." I honestly have no idea how this company is renting condos in an active construction zone and there are a lot of safety hazards getting to your condo. You cannot access the bathrooms by the pool OR the shower to wash off your foot due to construction. Only one elevator is working, and it got stuck twice this week with guest on it. At one point the elevator wasn't working at all--thankfully, I am able to walk up 5 flights of stairs but my elderly mom cannot. The construction is outside of the building. So you cannot hear anyone talk even if they are 2 ft from you while at the pool. If I would have been warned about the fact this place is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and certain amenities are not available, I would have never paid this price. I have never been so angry with a rental company in my life. I feel completely scammed.
