Apartment 88m² with garden view: Our comfortably furnished 88m² non-smoking apartment has anteroom, kitchen with dining area, living room with cozy fireplace corner and pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom and separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with parquet / laminate or tile / stone floor. Kitchen and living room have garden view. The bedroom is very quiet despite the orientation to the street. In the garden of the house is a children's playground, which of course can be shared. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement.
Apartments Mühlpark Our apartments are located in the south of Vienna in the 11th district in a mansion built in 1875 on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße 22, quietly located in the courtyard with large green space in front of the windows. The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the tram station Molitorgasse, line 71, which reaches the city center (Schwarzenbergplatz) in about 15 minutes. With the U3 (station Zippererstraße) they are in about 10 minutes on the Stephansplatz in the middle of the city center of Vienna. Diese Reise war einfach wunderbar! Für Liebhaber alter Gebäude, Antiquitäten und ähnlicher Dinge wird dieses Haus perfekt sein. In diesem Haus vereinen sich moderne Technologien wie eine Mikrowelle und ein Kamin mit alter Architektur, hohen Decken, Fensterläden, knarrenden Böden und einer ungewöhnlichen Zimmeraufteilung.
Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass alle Türschlösser mit Codes gesichert waren. Der Vermieter der Wohnung ist eine äußerst liebenswerte Person. Er hat uns alles gezeigt, alles erzählt, sichergestellt, dass alles Notwendige vorhanden ist, und kam sogar vor unserer Abreise vorbei, um sich zu verabschieden.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe einer U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle, daher war es sehr einfach, dorthin zu gelangen. In der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Cafés. Abends saßen wir am Kamin und genossen die Eindrücke von dem wunderschönen Wien und der Wärme des Feuers. Meine Freundin war von der Atmosphäre sehr begeistert. Würde diese Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
