One of the most popular vacation locations on Hilton Head Island, this newly renovated second-floor Ocean One condo boasts a prime beachside location. In the mood to shop? Take an easy 1-block walk to Coligny Plaza, boasting more than 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. In addition to championship golf courses and tennis courts, the island is interlaced with an extensive network of trails so you can easily explore by bike or on foot. Take in a show at the island's 349-seat theatre. From musicals to concerts, the art center does a remarkable job of providing the best in Hilton Head entertainment. Heading to the RBC Heritage golf tournament? Take a shuttle from the property to this event. Return home to have dinner on your private balcony with serene courtyard views.

After a fun-filled beach day just outside your door, relax in the remodeled living room. Enjoy a movie on the 50' TV with private balcony access from the living room. The chef in your group will appreciate the beautifully renovated kitchen with updates such as granite countertops, premium cabinets, all-new appliances, and bar seating. Relax in the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, dresser, private balcony, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, a large dresser, and an updated en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and surface-mounted lighting.

Things to Know
The Ocean One complex is currently under an extensive remodeling project. The end date for this project will not occur until the spring of 2024. The elevator is down until June 2, 2024, and there is construction on the outside of the building including scaffolding in the area around the complex.
Trailers, boats, and campers are not allowed on the Ocean One grounds.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice stay
Very clean and great location. Only thing we didn't like was the beds were too soft for our liking. And the unit needs a Keurig coffee maker. They aren't that expensive at Wal-Mart or Target. Also would be a great idea for the property management to paint lines in the parking lot. I read somewhere the entire building is getting a makeover. Maybe a few more parking spaces and lines for spaces would be a big plus.

fantastic!
this place was perfect. It was nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable and very convenient. Everything you need is right there. The pool was also beautiful and clean. I would absolutely return to this place and specifically to this unit. For a much-needed vacation, this was definitely the answer. Five stars for sure!

Overall well maintained property. Condo amenities and furniture were up to date. Pool was very nice. Used the gas grills a couple of times which was nice. Loved the close proximity to the beach. Under the beds need to be swept after each stay, found some items that didn’t belong to us. Also concerned with cleanliness of the decorative pillows. Overall pretty happy with the unit.
