Really enjoyed being snowed-in for the weekend here. Spent time playing in the snow, watching TV on the comfy couch, playing cards, and the wood burning stove was a favorite. Bed was very comfortable too. Super close to Dillard. Has everything you need and Jennifer was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The location was super convenient and love that it’s pet friendly. The host provided everything needed and more. The house was clean and spacious. We had a good stay and would stay again!

Easter in Rabun Gap

Beautiful and convenient location and very well appointed cottage. Owners provided everything we needed and then some. Billy the cat was a firm favorite with my teenage daughter and some excellent running routes around the neighborhood. A wonderful stay!

Wonderful and relaxing setting

We absolutely enjoyed our week staying in this property. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It is beautifully done and the woodsy setting makes it for such a relaxing and enjoyable time. As much as we enjoyed being off the beaten path it was a short and easy drive to get into town.

Amazing place to stay. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Close to everything, first time here and loved it. Loved our view of the lakes. Saw a ton of wild life!! Next time going to catch me a bass from the pier. Beach access easy, pool wonderful. Thank you for hosting

Beautiful, Relaxing, and Convenient!

This place, y'all. It was bigger than we needed for our weekend getaway, but this place was exactly what we wanted. The way the cabin was appointed was perfect, and the beds are all comfortable (we had our choice of rooms so we had to lay on them all at least for a minute). I particularly appreciated how everything was labeled, so there wasn't frustration of having to find light switches. Honestly it was the little things that made me fall in love with this place. You won't be sorry, just book it. It's for plenty of space for your small family, and it's so convenient to both Clayton and Dillard. 10/10 highly recommend.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed Sugar Maple! The cabin was easy to find and was close to all of our favorite mountain excursions. The outdoor fire pit was a hit. The cabin was tastefully decorated. The beds were totally comfy! The cleanliness of the cabin was over the top. We were very impressed! This cabin has a homey feel and is perfect for families. The ONLY issue is the bathrooms. There is not a master bath, but it’s adjacent to the master and queen bedrooms. The other bath is across the kitchen. We made it work without any issues, but if you are traveling with two families it could be a little awkward. We were fine with it. We will be back!

It depends….

The property is clean and nicely appointed with a well stocked kitchen and ample linens (bath towels, kitchen linens and sheets). The interior space was as seen in photos. Please note that two of the beds are full size and one bed is king. It wasn’t clear to us from photos that the second beds were full size…Exterior was a different matter. The house overlooks some woods, through the tres and downhill is what appears to be a trailer style home with dogs that bark non stop from dawn to sunset, weekdays and weekends. Multiple dogs barking, howling and whining, making it a stressful time and rendering the porch and fire pit useless to us. The driveway is very narrow; an F150 barely made it through.Overall, the interior spaces were comfortable for us, but exterior conditions will likely prevent us from renting again.

Enjoyed our stay, was a centralized location for us to explore from. There were a few things that need attention. The gas grill on back deck needs work/replaced, as does the wicker chairs on the overlook deck. Also, it may be out of your control but, the neighbors dog below the cottage barks constantly day and night.P.S: the bright blue cabin mentioned in the directions is now a dark sage green.

Beautiful, remodeled home in PERFECT location!

This property is amazing! Super comfortable and asthetically pleasing. It has a mountain house charm with a stylish city flare! Would definitely recommend this property. The property manager Justin, is incredible and so kind!
