The house was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views of the water from the side porch. We rented golf carts and it was easy to get around from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this home. The screened in porch with the Bay View was where we spent most of time while at home. There's plenty of parking, a large fenced yard for our pup, staples including kitchen soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper. The home was very comfortable and loved the Decor. Eric is a very accommodating host! We hope to stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and, once again, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. Everything was perfect - the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was pet friendly (it has a great fenced yard). There is a great view of the water from the screened-in porch.

We had a great trip to the Bayview Breeze home in Colonial Beach, VA. It's pet-friendly and so close to the town and all the little beach areas. You can walk places, rent a golf cart, or drive! The house was so clean and very spacious! We would totally stay here again!

Loved this house! Pet friendly, with a big fenced in back yard and a screened in porch. When we were at the house we found ourselves on the porch the majority of the time looking out at the water, docks, and boats.

Eric was a wonderful host—communicative and responsive! The house was clean and spacious—perfect for our family. Enjoyed the screened porch and amenities, particularly the two fridges! This house is perfect for families looking to get away in Colonial Beach. The location is convenient to everything! The screened porch was a great place to relax and there was bonus live music coming from a campground across the water. Comfortable furniture and all the amenities we needed. Great Trip

We had a great time, it was a really nice place to hang out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked and there is lots of room to spread out. Eric was very responsive and helpful though the whole trip and has clearly put a lot of effort into making a nice place to stay. I highly recommend it!
