The pictures really don’t do this property justice, it was so much nicer in person than it looked online! The host was very accommodating and helpful with local restaurants suggestions. Definitely would choose to stay here again.

Love this part of Phoenix!

Love the Biltmore area and the property was very comfortable, clean and just like new. Enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood as well as watching golfers tee off right outside the patio. We look forward to staying there again!

This rental was exactly what I was looking for in accommodation! An excellent location; a quiet place to enjoy time away with every amenity required. Host communication was superb. Wonderful Stay

The Biltmore Condominium was better than expected. There wasn't anything missed for guests to enjoy this beautiful location. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions. We will definitely stay again next year.

Loved our stay!

Very comfortable. Really clean and maintained in "like new" condition. Enjoyed long walks around the wonderful Biltmore neighborhood and spent lots of time on the patio soaking up the sunshine and quietly watching the golfers tee off on hole #12. We have stayed here before and definitely will again.

Work Retreat

This was the perfect set up for our trip. We attended a conference at the Biltmore and this place gave us a comfortable space away from the hotel. The board room set up was exactly what we needed for the afternoon strategy meetings with beautiful views and perfect weather.

Amazing hospitaity

Phoenix Biltmore

Beautiful property in a great location. This is the 6th property that my wife and I have rented in either Phoenix or Marco Island, Florida area in the past 3+ years and it was the nicest property that we have vistited yet. The furnishings, appliances, cookware, etc. are all high end, plentiful, and in great condition. We would highly recommend the property.

Work conference at the Biltmore

My co-worker and I were attending a conference at the Biltmore. This property is located in a walkable distance and perfect for a working trip. There is a large conference table in the living room to allow work to get done around the meetings. Would recommend for work, not for just a vacation.

Overall amenities, decor, furniture and location all a plus. Very well provisioned to immediately enjoy. Patio and interior table arrangement good for us and with invited guests for dinner. Beautiful townhome in a great location!

We would definitely stay again! This property was beautifully updated/decorated and in a perfect location - close to everything. Check-in was smooth and all communications from the property manager/owner was easy. Super close to the Biltmore area, but convenient to everything in the Phoenix area. This was a 5-star property for sure - stocked with everything you might need and just as advertised.

Best place Ever

MacKenzie: we had the most amazing time! Your condo was so equipped with everything and it became a home away from home. It was also very classy and extremely clean. I would definitely come back. I recommend this wholeheartedly. You can feel the owner’s decorative touch that made it very homey and modern and minimalist. Its great!
