Other Amenities:
- We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, hand soap, laundry pods, bathroom trash liners, and coffee. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out

Things to Note:
- Part of the road leading up to the cabin could be steep, and the last bit requires a 3-point turn
- A 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter months in the event of inclement weather
- We welcome max of two dogs with prior approval (please add them on the reservation). If a pet is brought on the property without approval it will result in a fine of $750
- We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. This will protect your investment in the event of inclement weather. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or any other disruptions that are out of our control
- In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed 1 Ring Floodlight Camera located on the exterior of the cabin. The camera is on throughout the guest reservation and will only record when it senses motion. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property for your safety

Beautiful location, some details lacking

We really enjoyed our stay and the location/view was incredible. The kitchen had a large range of pots/pans/flatware/glassware/etc. The hot tub was nice. There were some discrepancies between what was listed (e.g. a 'welcome pack' of amenities including coffee which should last a few days, versus the one single pod that was provided). There were Christmas/winter decorations on the door despite it being April, which would suggest this location could benefit from additional owner attention. The main deck looked incredibly hastily built and there were screws popping up all over the place, which was an actual hazard. The floor in the basement bathroom had mold/mildew. This place is a few details short of being 5 stars. The owner warned us about the construction noise in advance so we can't fault for that. However, the crew was absolutely blasting their music which was frustrating. We would definitely return after this place has been thoroughly inspected and refreshed.

Restful and Beautiful

We loved staying at this location. My wife, two adult children and I enjoyed five days here. Absolutely beautiful scenery from the back porch, where we spent nearly all our time. The drive into Pigeon Forge was easy after we did it once…it became short and a matter of memory. It was the best of living in nature with access to the city. There is a fun little coffee shop five minutes from the cabin and a number of fun restaurants. Overall…a treat. The owners were extremely responsive…some of the best hosts we’ve had. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely Property

We so enjoyed our time on Briley Way. The home had most of everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to a very small concern. We enjoyed the amazing view the home offered from multiple decks, and the location which was a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokey Mountains.

Family trip

We had a great trip! The place was only about 30 minutes away for every adventure we did. The house was great. The cabin was a good size and had different levels to see the great views.

Beautiful views

Cabin was clean and secluded. There is a charcoal & gas grill. Plenty of games in the game room. The only thing we needed that we didnt find in the kitchen was a basting brush & scissors. We saw a bear walking up the road on our way in. He was startled by our car and jumped up in a tree on the side of the road. We had a great time.
