About this property

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located second floor cozy condo. Amazing sunsets! Walking distance to IMG Academy. Close to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lido & Siesta Beach. 15 mins to Sarasota Bradenton Airport. Grocery stores and Great restaurants are within minutes from condo.
Clean fully furnished 2/2 is located at the entry of Mirror Lake Condos. Very relaxing and peaceful with Beautiful lake with fountain to look out over from dining area. With a glimpse of the beautiful sky from the sunset each evening.
Utilities and cable included.
HOA rules dictate guest are not allowed to have pets and the minimum rental period is 3 Month. HOA requires a background and credit check, with a 700 credit score, have to be done and turned in at least two weeks before check in. $125. for one person $150. for two in order to stay here. I will need to email the application along with a lease agreement. A parking spot pass will be given upon arrival.
