Genial casa para viajes familiares

Estuvimos muy muy a gusto en la casa, tiene todo, incluso nos sirvieron mucho las sillas y sombrillas para la playa. Los propietarios siempre atentos.El único comentario serían los colchones, no estamos acostumbrados a colchones tan suaves como los tiene la casa, sino rígidos. Pero todo excelente.

Home amenities delivered as stated. Owner always attentive and prompt to make my stay enjoyable. Home close to plaza with supermarket and movie theater. Staying at Playa del Carmen is more convenient if you plan to attend Xcaret park.

Water issues but otherwise nice

The owners/estate people were very quick to get back to us on everything, unfortunately there was a problem with the water containment system during our stay and we had to cut our visit short. We received a refund and we feel they did everything they could to help. We were sorry to leave but we needed to be able to have water and it ran out twice in a couple days. Otherwise the house is very spacious and the pool area is lovely.

Condo is in great new area of Playa del Carmen away from the super busy 5th Avenue yet only 5 minutes away from there and beaches. Condo has private patio with barbecue, which was great and private parking. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available Owner and, especially the Manager, were helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay there again.

It was easy to find, it felt safe, it was clean...the water pressure from the showers was s little weak but manageable. Any issue wr encountered was prompltly taken care of. Very good experience and we would definately recommend the place to anybody.

Comfortable, conveniently located and really nice Owner!

This house is conveniently located in Playa del Carmen, close to the beach ( 5 to 10 min. drive) 5 minutes from Walmart supermarket and Chedraui supermarket ( Which I prefer). I love it because it is right in the middle of all the attractions ( Xcaret/Xhela/Cenotes, Tulum/ Cozumel and even Cancun). The owners and the lady that takes care of the property are lovely! friendly and flexible. It has all the amenities that you could need for your vacation ( beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkel masks, cooler) and the kitchen is very well equipped. Water pressure is not the best but good enough to shower and it has A/C in every room so that was a Plus for me. We had a great time. Thanks Monica and Mary!

Houston, TX Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Max's in Playa del Carmen. The location is easily accessed from the Cancun-Tulum highway. There is a Chedraui's supermarket along the way where we stocked up on groceries. The home is spacious and has enough beds to sleep 8 comfortably. The home owners were very helpful and patient with our requests and there were several. The home has picnic items that were convenient for our excursions. I highly recommend the home.

Vacationed end of April first week of May

I will start with what worked for our families needs. The home was in a great location for our family and what we needed to do well in Carmen Del Playa. The security on the gates was a plus as you needed the gate opener to get in and our. The home was as pictured and it was exactly what we expected. On the downside, the AC units upstairs do not work to our standards, it was so extremely hot upstairs at all times. I did message the owner and he did offer to have someone come and take a look but our family didn't have time for this, we were so busy everyday I didn't want to wait for a repair man. It would be best if the upstairs air condition units just worked so it was not so hot at all times when upstairs. The other down side for us was we didn't get the code for the homes key box till after we arrived which was ridiculous for us. We had to sit outside for over an hour trying to get the internet to work on our phones to get in contact with the owner. I had messaged the owner about 2 days before our trip to tell him we would not be using our phones and would not have access to the internet well on vacation. However we never got the code for the front entry of the home till after we arrived. I have rented many homes on this site in the past and this was the first time that we didn't get the code to enter the home till after we arrived. The owner wanted us to meet his care taker at the unit but we were not able to make it to the home when she was there as it took us over 2 hours to get our rental car. After a long day of travel sitting outside the house for over an hour trying to get connected to the internet was not a good start.

Our family of 7 stayed for a week during late March 2017. The owner was responsive to our questions and had a technician come right away to address the A/C which worked after the visit. There was plenty of space and it was clean and had plenty of amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The snorkel equipment was nice too. It's away from the busy downtown area in a secure gated community. We would recommend to other visitors to PDC.

We choose CrisMar because we felt in love with Playa del Carmen charming, thanks to hard work and focus we finally received our house in the middle of 2012, and we have been going around 10 times a year but is not fair for our house that the major part of the year is closed that´s the reason we open our doors to the people of the world. HAVE FUN IN CrisMar!

This house was chosen intermediately after been looking to many properties in Playa del Carmen because it gave us everything we wanted of a house our priorities were spacious, HOA ammenities like Pool and security, the house needed to be close to commercial centers and the most important close the beach.
