This very spacious, beautifully renovated holiday flat on the ground floor of an apartment building is ideal for holidays with children and for medium-sized groups (wheelchair access is also possible). It is in a very quiet location, below the village centre, in the middle of the "Munzenriet" high moor nature reserve (access road for residents only!). Cross-country ski trails, forest and walking paths in the immediate vicinity. Approx. 1.4km to various sports facilities such as ski lifts, ice rink, curling rink, pump track.

The flat has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a small sauna and steam shower, as well as a large soapstone stove in the cosy living room. The bright kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. It has a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, steamer and microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat. With a high chair, travel cot, lots of toys for indoors and outdoors, board games and books, the holiday flat is also ideally equipped for children of all ages.
For the winter holidays, we also have Davos sledges (with removable toddler attachment and slip sack), various bobsleighs and toboggans, and for the snow-free time, bobby cars, scooters and bicycles in various sizes.

The holiday flat also has a large garden seating area surrounded by greenery for your exclusive use, including garden furniture and gas barbecue.
And as a highlight, our hot tub with wood-burning stove, bubble function and lighting for free use!

It has a single garage with direct entrance to the flat and its own parking space in front of the house.
