Beautiful, clean, perfect location!

The king bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location was perfect. Just steps away from Baytown village close to all the restaurants. Tram takes you to the beach. Beautiful decor, everything updated and clean. Patio on the corner was private and on the same floor as the pool, and bbq pits. My two very tall teens slept in the pull out sofa sleeper. I would stay again.

Great!

Everything from check in to check out was easy amazing. Even the outdoor area was so awesome with two children. They couldn't get out but they had a little area to play. We were right across from the pool but it was safe. They couldn't get out of the area, the rooms were dark, which was amazing having kids that take naps very centrally located and easy to get to Baytown. I hope to stay here again next year.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Sandestin about 15 times in the past 5 years and, hands down, this was the best condo we have stayed in. Great location, right outside the pool area but at the end of the building for privacy. Inside appeared to be recently renovated and everything looked and smelled new. Patio was very large and private. Unit is in one of the smaller condo buildings which makes for more privacy. Very close to Baytowne Wharf.
Response from VrboOwner on 11 Sept 2023
We love the units at Market Street Inn also, Mike! They are so close to everything, but with a sense of privacy when needed. We thank you for allowing us to be your vacation rental partner and look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Do not recommend this location market street inn

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No parking in garage. Had to use gravel parking a long way from room. Had to walk in the rain. Beach parking was in back but full. Had to park long way away again. We have a baby so it was not good for us. Room was nice but wouldn't do it again.

Winter escape

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 20 minutes before we arrived we received a call that our room had scaffolding and painting equipment outside of it. Every off season Upgrades and maintenance are done at Sandestin. The lady started they don’t always tell us - since you are in the rental business wouldn’t it be proper to call and find out what updates are going to be made this off season? That would prevent the inconvenience we were put through. Now the crew that was doing the work were very accommodating they removed the blue tint off the windows and we got some of the outdoor furniture back to sit outside. We got 10 percent off the room only not all the other add on fees. Last year when we rented from you it was the parking code change over that happened while we were there. You didn’t know about that either. Although we were shown the email that was sent to you two weeks prior. So I guess if you want to improve your service be proactive and stay on top of changes happening on your rental properties.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 Feb 2024
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered due to the maintenance work. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, so we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand that the timing may have been less than ideal, but this essential measure is necessary to ensure that our building meets all safety codes and upholds the high standards we strive for. Generally, these maintenance projects are scheduled during slower seasons to minimize guest disruption. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our accommodating crew and are glad they were able to address some of your concerns.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a short trip for our anniversary and it was perfect. Very convenient being next to the pool, restaurants and shopping. The only thing was having to drive to the beach. We would’ve loved to have had a golf cart but it wasn’t provided nor could you rent 1.
