Umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten wohnen Sie in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in nächster Nähe zu den Spazierwegen an der Traun. - Parkplatz am Haus. - Süd- und Ostterrasse jeweils mit Gartenmöbeln (teils überdacht). - Liegewiese. - Ganzjährig beheizte Räume. - Skihang und Skischule Westernberg in 1 km Entfernung. - Zufahrt gut geräumt.
