Elk Knob Escape is a charming brand-new cabin with two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms located fifteen (15) minutes from downtown Boone. Enjoy beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while grilling on the gas grill or soaking in the hot tub at this wonderful retreat. A truly Pet-Friendly house, this property has a fenced-in yard where your dogs can play and get exercise,

Just a few minutes away is Elk Knob State Park, featuring one of the park system's finest trails to spectacular views at the 5,520-foot summit. Tweetsie Railroad, ski slopes, Grandfather Mountain, High Gravity Adventures, river rafting, and many other attractions are available during your stay.

Thoughtfully arranged and decorated with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV, the main living area is a bright space with wood flooring and surrounding tongue-and-groove paneling. The dining table just beyond seats four (4), with additional space for two (2) at the lovely wooden bar. The attractive kitchen has granite countertops and all-new appliances. You can access the spacious deck with a gas grill and table with chairs directly from the dining room. A few steps off the porch, guests will find a private hot tub and a fenced-in yard perfect for dogs.

Directly off the living room is the master king suite with a private ensuite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom, a stacked washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two full beds are down the hallway. Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, three (3) Smart TVs with cable or satellite programming, and a stacked washer and dryer.

The house is pet-friendly for up to two dogs. The gravel road levels out and leads to a flat gravel parking area with a couple of steps up onto the front porch and main entrance.

Great house

Perfect for a family of 4. Hot tub was great, plenty of space. Easy to find if you follow the directions listed when you book. Waze doesn’t get you there. We had a deer visit us while we were there! We’d stay again!

Perfect Boone Getaway

Loved this property. Just enough out of the main town to feel like we are out of the hubbub. Beautiful views. Perfect size for my husband and I and our two dogs. Especially appreciated the fenced in yard.

Love this clean, new mountain cabin!

Loved our stay! New build, very clean & dog friendly - just what we were looking for! Has all the amenities needed for a family of four with dogs. And the hot tub makes it perfect!!
