Friendly host, close to Ubahn

I was staying with my friend and her family. And we wanted a home base for the kiddo to spread out/rest after a busy day exploring. This place was perfect. We were greeted immediately and warmly. I felt very well taken care of and would stay here again.

Nice apartment and great location

This apartment was perfect for my brother and I when we spent five days in Berlin. Clean, spacious, well equipped and in close proximity to the U-bahn. We were met by Oliver who was very informative, friendly and good humoured.

Not reliable!

Perfect apartment, well situated. But what a turn off! After returning home the owner claimes we caused damage, showing some photographs. Costs: € 150. We never caused damage in the apartments we rented. And if so, we would have mentioned it. Unfair! Be careful here!

Sorry, your rating is incomprehensible. Anyone who causes damage should also pay for it. We have been running 14 holiday apartments for more than 15 years! We have fixed procedures, the apartments are checked by two independent people before each arrival! If we have the slightest doubt that the damage cannot be clearly assigned, we would of course not burden any guest with it. Sorry ihre Bewertung ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Wer einen Schaden verursacht sollte für diesen auch aufkommen. Wir betreiben 14 Ferienwohnungen seit mehr als 15 Jahren! Wir haben feste Abläufe, die Wohnungen werden von zwei unabhängigen Personen vor jeder Anreise kontrolliert! Sollten wir nur den geringsten Zweifel haben, dass der Schaden nicht eindeutig zugeordnet werden kann, würden wir selbstverständlich auch keinen Gast damit belasten.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nur hat die Sauberkeit des Bodens zu wünschen übrig gelassen… Zudem gab es viele Kommunikationsmissverständnisse. Einmal hieß es man könne vorher einchecken, dann wieder, dass es doch erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Das war alles sehr anstrengend wegen unserer Planung. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne

Alles sauber Duschkopf hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt Manche Schubladen waren sehr instabil Solider Gesamteindruck Für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung

Schön das es ihnen gefallen hat. Schade, dass sie nicht einfach kurz Bescheid gesagt haben wegen des Duschkopfes und der Schubladen. Es wäre ein leichtes gewesen den Duschkopf zu tauschen und die Schubladen zu reparieren und dafür dann lieber einen 100%ig zufriedenen Gast zu haben und eine top Bewertung. Wir sind 24h telefonisch erreichbar und immer sofort zur Stelle wenn es mal ein Problem geben sollte.

Schnelle Wege zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Apotheke - einfach alles direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr schnell in der Innenstadt durch die Anbindung an die U6.

Leuk dat je het leuk vond met ons. Het inchecken werkt eigenlijk altijd perfect, maar je moet natuurlijk wel de regels volgen die zeggen: "ongeveer 1 uur voor aankomst bel je het aankomstnummer". Natuurlijk bent u altijd welkom bij ons en hopelijk zonder te wachten bij het inchecken.
