A nice place to stay for big group

The title sums it all. It's a really nice place to stay with a big group, very close to a train station and grocery store. The property owner is very responsive and helpful.

Mirrors & plugs

The apartment was perfect for our needs, great location just a stones throw away from the train. It was immaculate the only downfall not enough mirrors & plugs in all the rooms. The drainage in the shower & sink needs some attention.

Berlin 2024

Over all we had a great stay! There were a few things I did not care for. First, I did not call two hours before we were at the apartment. I don't know if this is common practice in Germany, I never had to do this in the US. Because I did not call, the host kind of scolded me, telling me that I was lucky that the place was ready for us. Then, while walking across the parking lot, he yelled to someone on the second floor of the building that we did not call, and in a derogatory way said that we were 'Americans', like that explained that we didn't call. Then I had to show my passport and go through a check-in in the apartment. I always assumed that was done through Vrbo. We were told that we were not to smoke in the building, which was not a problem since none of our group are smokers, and checkout was at 11. At 9:30 a women came knocking at the door, asking us if we were ready to leave. Also there were people in the linen closet smoking. The place was clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils as well as small appliances like coffeemaker and teakettle. However, there was nothing else, no coffee filters, salt or pepper, nothing. Like I said, over all, the place was nice, just a bit hokey with the host

Aufenthalt 25.10. - 29.10.2023

Das Appartment ist für familiäre Auftenthalte mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet, funktional und praktisch. Die U-Bahn-Station Westphalweg für die Linie U6 ist nur 150 m entfernt, in 25 min ist man an der Friedrichstraße, daher logistisch perfekt.

Wohnung gut und zweckmäßig, sehr freundlicher Kontakt

Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Für einen gemütlichen Familienurlaub sicher nicht geeignet, die Wohnung ist eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Aber für eine Gruppe, die tagsüber nicht da ist und abends noch zusammensitzen will, bestens geeignet. Bäder sind top. Gerne wieder.

Städtetour mit 3 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern

Die Wohnung ist sauber, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Mit sechs Personen waren die drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und der Esstisch optimal. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt nahe bei der U Bahn Station Westphalweg, von der man schnell ins Zentrum gelangt. Der Hafen Tempelhof in Laufnähe ist ein schönes Ziel für einen gemütlichen Abend.

ikke stole nok

Dejlig lejlighed-men lidt træls der ikke var stole nok til det antal personer vi var,og der ikke kunne gøres noget ved det. Heller ikke ok at der ikke kom nogen at ordnede opvaskemaskinen, selvom de lovede det. Men ellers en skøn lejlighed

Weiterempfehlung! Jederzeit gern wieder.

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) verbrachten einen Kurz-Städte-Urlaub in Berlin und buchten diese Fewo. Unsere Beurteilung in Kurzform: Einchecken: - wir meldeten uns wie gewünscht eine Stunde vorher telefonisch an und wurden wir vor Ort "in Empfang genommen" - alles verlief sehr nett und (trotz großer Hitze) entspannt Wohnung - die Bilder täuschen nicht - alles war sehr sauber, insbesondere (wohin immer mein / unser Blick als erstes geht) die beiden Bäder - die Betten waren bereits bezogen, was man nicht in jeder Fewo geboten bekommt - das WLAN hat eine gute Geschwindigkeit, also Datenkapazität Parken: - die Nutzung der Parkplätze im Hof ist zu empfehlen, sonst müsste man in der Umgebung eventuell längere Zeit suchen - leider nicht vorab reservierbar - die Parkplätze sind "gesichert" in Form einer abschließbaren Metallkette Umgebung: - sicherlich nicht die nobelste Gegend von Berlin - aber (im Unterschied zu anderen Stadtvierteln) kann man hier nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit immer noch problemlos rausgehen - zwei U-Bahn-Stationen der Linie 6 nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt - von dort bis zum "zentralen Umsteigepunkt" Bahnhof Friedrichstraße sind es ca. 15 bis 20 min - Netto und Edeka ebenfalls nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt - weitere Märkte mit teilweise ausländischer Orientierung ebenfalls - Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe - hungern muss niemand: Es gibt sowohl deutsche Gastronomie als auch solche mit Migrationshintergrund - dazu viel anderes Gewerbe: Friseur, Apotheke, diverser Einzelhandel, verschiedene Arztpraxen, Geldautomat, mehrere Bäcker, … Gibt es Kritik? - ja, aber das sollte nicht als wirkliche Kritik gewertet werden, sondern lediglich als kleine Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste - wer mit der maximalen Personenzahl übernachten möchte (also 14 Gäste), für den dürfte der Stauraum in Form der Schrankkapazität knapp werden - das WLAN kostet eine Pauschale, was im Vergleich zu anderen Fewo unüblich ist - aber man wird von dieser Pauschale nicht überrascht, sondern sie steht vorab im Vertrag ausdrücklich drin Fazit Klare Weiterempfehlung, jederzeit gern wieder!

Appartamento pulito e funzionale! Il meccanico-gommista sotto casa non permettono di riposare!

Sconsigliato a chi desidera dormire durante la giornata. Dalle 8 alle 18 è praticamente impossibile riposare per via dei rumori dell’officina sottostante. Per il resto tutto ok, compresa la pulizia.

Bello che ti sia piaciuto. Che non è mai abbastanza calmo in una grande città come Berlino, ci dispiace; ) ma va detto che di notte è molto silenzioso a causa della posizione protetta. E quello dovrebbe essere deciso come noi troviamo, essere capace di dormire bene e usare il prossimo giorno per esplorare Berlino .... la città che non dorme mai; )

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Wir waren 12 Personen und waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die eine Couch eignet sich allerdings eher schlecht als Schlafplatz, sodass wir froh waren nicht wie initial geplant 14 Personen zu sein. Für 12-13 Personen eine super, saubere und unkomplizierte Option mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt.
