Located on beautiful Lake Bemidji, this cozy FIRST floor 2 bed 1 bath condo is ready for your lakeside getaway! This is unit number 4!

Enjoy the Private deck with views of the lake and connected access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail. FREE use of Kayaks as well!

Comes furnished with fast WiFi, a King size bed, Smart TVs, electric fireplace, Keurig coffee and all the cooking essentials. Seamless, self check-in is provided.
Morning coffee overlooking the lake is the best! Keep an eye out for eagles!

Park in the driveway. Limit two cars. Garage stall MAY be available but ask us about this. Walk, bike or snowmobile on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.

There wasn’t a path to bbq. Kleenex would be nice or toilet paper that isn’t like sandpaper. We thought it would be a working fireplace, but just electric. No dish soap either. Otherwise was a nice place and great location

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Breezy Hills. Great location on the Lake and close to shops and restaurants in Bemidji. The hosts were quick with responses and provided so many thoughtful touches around the condo (we especially appreciated the well stocked coffee bar 😊). Would definitely stay again!

This place was fantastic. The views were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the couch sucked us in. We even had 20ish roommates in the form of lady bugs.

We spent over a week to bike the Paul Bunyan and Heartland trails. Because the weather didn't cooperate early, they worked with us to extend our stay. The Paul Bunyan Trail crosses the driveway, and the lake is on the other side. We spent a couple evenings on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset.The accommodations were perfect for this trip. The communication was excellent as we had questions along the way. They gave us use of a garage to store our bikes when not in use. My brother and wife stayed across from us for a couple days, so the trip was full. It was their first use of a VRBO, but it won't be their last.There are so many recreational opportunities in this area. It was our first time in this part of Minnesota, but we're already talking about a return trip, and this will be the place we'll stay again. We highly recommend the place.

Great location with amazing sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy Point. The condo was very comfortable and the location worked very well for us. There was plenty of room and storage. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens available. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and cool mornings. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Bemidji.

We grew up in this area and love the places, people, and history here. We want to add value to the community by providing a beautiful space for guests to enjoy nature and each other and make life long memories! We are excited to have the opportunity to host you!

What makes this property unique

Some of our favorite aspects about this property is that adventure and relaxation are so accessible. You can walk out your front door onto the deck and look out over the lake while grilling a meal, walk down to the shoreline and throw a fishing line in, hop on your boat and cruise around the lake, or walk to the front of the property and explore the Paul Bunyan trail! This beautiful trail will take you up to the state park on the north end of the lake or into Bemidji if you go south. You can bike or even snowmobile on this trail in the winter time! The property is also very large at over 2 acres so there's plenty of room for family activities in the massive yard space. We love that each of the 4 condos have amazing views of the lake. It's also very night to only be a 10 minute drive from downtown Bemidji where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other attractions including the historic statue of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox!
