Welcome to the Clos de Sauvin – Entre étangs et Morvan, a completely renovated cottage located in La Collancelle, in a quiet and green environment.

This 80 m² house, on one level and able to accommodate up to 6 people, is ideal for a stay with family or friends, near the ponds of Baye and Vaux and at the gates of the Morvan.

The cottage includes a large convivial living room with living room, TV and reading area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee pod maker, kettle and toaster.PGJyPgPGJyPg
You have 2 bedrooms:

* a bedroom with a King Size bed 180 × 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your personal belongings.
* a bedroom with two bunk beds 90 × 200 cm, i.e. 4 individual beds suitable for both adults and children, as well as two chests of drawers offering storage space.

The bedding is of hotel quality and bed linen is provided.

The bathroom has a large shower, a double sink, a toilet and a washing machine.

Outside, enjoy a large park of almost one hectare, with terrace, barbecue, petanque court and playground for children. A covered area also provides shelter for bicycles.

The cottage benefits from fibre and Wi-Fi.

Located in a cul-de-sac, Le Clos de Sauvin offers a peaceful setting to enjoy an ideal environment for leisure and discovery: swimming at the Baye pond, many water activities, hiking and tourist cycling routes will allow you to discover the landscapes of the ponds, the Nivernais and Morvan canal.

Nearby you will also find restaurants, shops and local markets, perfect for discovering the products and flavours of the region.

The cottage has its own independent area, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in peace. We remain available nearby and in case of need.

For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking inside and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

No cleaning fee is charged. In return, we simply ask our guests to leave the accommodation in a correct and respectful state of the premises when they leave.

Bed linen provided.

Towels are not included in the price and can be offered as an option on request:
*7 euros per person per stay (1 large towel, a small towel and a flannel)

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
