The view from the patio its beautiful The only negative point all the owner utilities articles are every where in the condo I dont have place to put mine.

Directement sur la plage et vue sur la piscine. Aussi belle vue du balcon. Propriétaire Carlos très sympathique et accommodant. Il nous a permis de partir plus tard le dernier jour. Par contre un peu trop d’effets personnels du propriétaire dans l’appartement.

Nice Condo

The Tides is an older property. Each unit is independently owned so you need to make sure to rent one that is updated. This condo was mostly updated with a great view of the pool and a decent view of the ocean. The condo was well appointed with most everything you would need. If you stay here expect to feel as if your in someone else's apartment. Alot of personal items and some not so clean dishes and other things that didn't bother us much as the location and comfort of the unit was to our standards. If your a pickie person I'd stay at a Hotel. We would not stay here again during the busy spring as the pool area was packed with children. Hard to relax with all the yelling going on. We would stay here in the off season for a reduced rate. We were happy with the condo, the owner, the location and the beautiful ocean. Not so happy with the price and the masses of people but that's on us for going in the spring.
