great view

We have been coming to Amelia for 46 yrs. Always staying in condo with an ocean view. This condo has the best view The only draw back it is 25 minutes to Fernadia Beech.

Confortable elegance overlooking miles of fabulous, coastal beach . . .

That we extended our stay says it all. The views from the 7th floor take your breath away. Miles of pristine beach. And a beautifully designed pool. The beautiful four poster beds with lovely linens are comfortable. The oversize couch and chairs in the living room welcome a group or a nap. The back balcony is perfect for afternoon reading or cocktails watching the sunset. The kitchen is up to date and well equipped.. It worked for two of us but next year we hope to share it with family guests.. A caveat. There is an elevator and being on the 7th floor, you do need it.
