this is the worst place I’ve ever rented. I am not going to waste anymore time with this mistake, but I would encourage people to see for themselves!! Posh pads should be ashamed of taking advantage of people

This guest was requesting a discount on this home before booking which I could not offer given it was a holiday and graduation weekend and very low priced. He then booked. Immediately upon check in he lied about my listing saying the sofa bedroom (the 3rd sleeping area) was deceptive as it was not a regular bedroom despite my listing clearly describing it as a sofa bedroom plus the photo showing it as a sofa bedroom/den and demanded a partial refund or he would post a bad review (after my 25 reviews avraging 9.8/10 and professional cleaning and luxury linens and prefessional pressed laundry service). The house was perect and this is a revenge review. I politely declined for the reasons above. Kirby has been rented since 2005 with the best reviews for its quality, location and design and has always been a guest favorite.
