About this property

Indian Bay, 5 min to fast water.... perfect sunsets

This a our family home, but still want to offer it to select families on an available basis. This 3 bed 2 bath house has been remodeled over the years….very clean and tidy on the California Delta.
Discovery Bay Real Estate is about Location (close to fast water), Location (exposure to the sun)...and this spot can not be beat. Located in prestigious Indian Bay 1st bay from the lighthouse, you are only 5 MINUTES from fast water in the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports that the Delta is famous for. This home is located to give you views of the best sunsets California has to offer.
The dock is in a secluded private bay which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft. There is also great fishing right off the dock. (You need fishing license for California) The private over-sized double U dock has room for 2 boats. (Our boat is not included in home rental)
In the Living room and outside deck there are 50” TVs both with Roku to stream your tv shows. Youtube TV is included. Full WIFI with google nest.
You will find a fully stocked designer kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware and all built in appliances. All you need to bring is the food.
The master bedroom has a King bed, and an attached master bath.
The second and third bedroom have queen size beds.
We use this home ourselves for our own family enjoyment, so we have tried to ensure that nothing has been overlooked for comfort and luxury.
Please respect that this is a NO SMOKING property.
Renters Must be at least 30 years of age.
NO PETS
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
I also take my terms and conditions seriously...this is a family rental.

Wonderful experience

The home was very well cared for very clean and organized, the owners reached out to us in a really positive and helpful manner, and they are above average helpful, all of the neighbors were very nice and friendly. The boat dock and water access was very good, we would love to go back there again.

Home away from Home

We stayed here while my son played there in Livermore CA as we wanted a nice house on the water. We enjoyed our stay there very much along with the boat dock and views. The owner Rick and his wife even came to support our LL team in game one. Very nice people and very nice place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank again for having us as a guest in your home.

Love Rick's house!

This is my third year staying in Discovery Bay. The particular location is some of the best waters in town, for swimming and access to the rivers. Sunset and Mount Diablo views. Dock and watercraft are superior. Super clean and organized home.
