Located less than a mile from the Sea Gull Beach Lighthouse, this lovely getaway is perfect for your next coastal vacation. This charming bungalow is one half of a duplex that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment! The sunlit interior offers high ceilings, wood floors, and new appliances. After fun-filled days exploring the coast, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all you need to create your favorite recipes. A gas grill creates another way to prepare delicious meals.

The shared outdoor space is appointed with wood-burning firepits and picnic tables, ideal for stargazing or dining al fresco. No matter the occasion, this wonderfully located retreat is just the beach spot you are looking for.

Small, lacking amenities, clean

Clean place, quiet neighborhood. No more than 2 people should stay here. The tiny table only has 2 unraveling patio chairs and the fold out couch can’t be slept on. The queen bed is fine, sheets and towels clean. Kitchen is minimally outfitted. Walk to the beach, bike trails nearby.

Liked the hotel like amenities, linens, towels, soaps, etc. Not too pleased that the backyard was overgrown and mowed a day into my stay. Should have been done prior but not a deal breaker.

Love Cape Cod simplicity and numerous beaches.

Updated cozy cottage near the beach. Fully new kitchen appliances, lighting , TVs, WiFi, private yard with table, chairs grill and fire pit.

Clean and Cute

It was clean, it was cute, it was small. It was great for the weekend, but a little too small for two adults and two kids for much longer than that. The bathroom is super tiny, if you’re tall, you might not be able to fit on the toilet without your knees in the wall. There also isn’t a handle on the pocket door making it difficult to extract from inside the wall. The neighborhood was really nice and a quick walk to Seagull Beach or to Sharky’s and the mini mart.
