The Space:

Welcome to your Florida vacation destination!



Only 2.5 MILES to the beautiful and famous PENSACOLA BEACH and 5 MILES to DOWNTOWN PENSACOLA!



This quaint home includes a combination Kitchen/Dining/Living area--true Beach Barn style!



The Master Loft features a 2 Queen Beds. The home can comfortably accommodate 4 adult guests in total. All the bedding was purchased with comfort in mind and enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a comfortable couch in the living room.



In the home, we have high-speed WiFi and a large LED Smart TV with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, News, Sports, etc.



Outside, you have a large driveway for car parking in the front and a cozy porch for relaxing!



We provide shower necessities including body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C to keep you cool.



Coffee, sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area walking distance from a grocery store, a park (with playground equipment, a pavilion with tables, a soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free in the home's driveway, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. If you have more than 2 vehicles, please notify us for instructions.

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. There is bicycle rental available nearby and free car parking at our home and at the beach.

-NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

-NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

-NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

-NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

- Fish cleaning is NOT allowed on the property.



Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

-You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 2 guests, there is a $15 nightly charge per extra guest

-Guests must climb stairs to enter the unit and access the bedroom; no wheelchair accessibility

-If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please place the garbage can by the road that evening for pickup Thursday morning

Please,

-Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

-Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Thursdays, if your stay falls on a Wednesday we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

-Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

-Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees - Applicable only for VRBO and direct bookings:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
