This house in the style of a Spanish stately country house, offers peace and relaxation in the quiet hinterland of the Costa Blanca and combines it with the conveniences of a modern equipped house. The cosy and traditional Spanish village Benidoleig is only a few minutes away.
And yet you are in a few minutes by the sea with its 20km sandy beaches, the golf courses in Oliva or La Sella and have all shopping facilities nearby: in the village itself a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery plus some good and lively bars and restaurants and about 15 minutes by car a big, modern shopping mall.
The house offers on 280m² three bedrooms, three bathrooms a large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen and another separately accessible apartment with the fourth bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This apartment has a large lounge area with sofa, TV, etc. And of course, the beautiful courtyard with pool, fish pond and cosy corners must not go unmentioned.
In the U-shaped house, from the entrance to the right you reach to the common area with kitchen and small pantry, living and dining room. From here you also have access to the pool and terrace area.
If you turn left through you find the master bedroom with four-poster bed (private bathroom with bathtub), the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). Here you also find one of the 2 accesses to the apartment. So, the occupants of the apartment can be connected to the other wing or use a private entrance thus offering a private apartment if desired. Nevertheless, the house (including apartment) is always rented to only one tenant. So you have the whole house and property exclusively for yourself and your companions.
The apartment itself has a large double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Here is also the washing machine located. Likewise, the apartment has its own living room with TV, sofas (one of them a sofa-bed) etc.
In the master bedroom, the living rooms and the red bedroom there are splits (hot/cold), in the upstairs bedroom and the green room there are two portable air conditioners (cold).
Going from the pool area to the small tower with sun terrace halfway up you'll find the fourth bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a small en-suite shower room.
Throughout the whole house special attention has been paid to a harmonious coexistence of traditional and modern elements that provide a harmonious ambience. There is hot/cold air conditioning in the living rooms and two of the bedrooms, but the house offers no heating.
In the kitchen, the oven, the hob (ceramic) and the large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker (pads) leaves nothing to be desired.
The house has mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, various televisions, a large swimming pool with a shaded corner and in the patio sun loungers and a large table that invites you to gather for meals, games or just a delicious red wine with a few tapas.
Due to the proximity to the pine and spruce forests directly behind the house and the adjoining mountain landscape (offers fantastic views and many fabulous hike trails) open fire is not allowed on the entire property. This is also applicable to the use of a coal grill. An electric grill is available for these purposes.
The house is a Non-smoking house. Pets are welcome.

The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.

I have rented the house together with the family annd2 Small dogs for a one month stay. The house is amazing, confortable and fully furnished. Nothing to do with the common "holiday houses" you mostly encounter in the countryard in Spain. The confort of the rooms, the swimming pool, the terrace: everything was perfect. The agency who rented the house was very helpful anytime. Would only suggest to close the garden with a barrier (to secure it for dogs and children) and add air conditioning in two of the 4 available bedrooms. Besides from this, everything was great! We had a relaxing period in beautiful Benidoleig, 20 minutes far from the coast and several beaches and 1 hour from Valence. Will certainly be back

Es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft. Wir waren 4 Wochen vor Ort und das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Vom versteckten Stellplatz fürs Auto über perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Eine DVD Sammlung die Ihresgleichen sucht und tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten, drinnen und draußen. Komplett Eingezäuntenr Außenbereich mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Agentur war ebenfalls perfekt in der Betreuung. Besonders hat mir hier die Flexibilität des Check-in und Check-out gefallen. Kein gezwungener Smalltalk nach 2000km Fahrt, einfach und sehr freundlich.

An incredible stay in Benidoleig
I have rented the house together with the family annd2 Small dogs for a one month stay. The house is amazing, confortable and fully furnished. Nothing to do with the common "holiday houses" you mostly encounter in the countryard in Spain. The confort of the rooms, the swimming pool, the terrace: everything was perfect. The agency who rented the house was very helpful anytime. Would only suggest to close the garden with a barrier (to secure it for dogs and children) and add air conditioning in two of the 4 available bedrooms. Besides from this, everything was great! We had a relaxing period in beautiful Benidoleig, 20 minutes far from the coast and several beaches and 1 hour from Valence. Will certainly be back

Die perfekte Villa für einen Urlaub mit Atmospäre und Entspannung
Besonders für 2-3 Familien ist diese Villa perfekt - grosszuegig mit Rückzugsmöglichkeit und trotzdem ein Zentrum in dem alle zusammen sein können. Ausstattung und Service sehr, sehr gut!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

En general todo bien.
La casa tiene forma de herradura y es divisible en dos casas independientes si así se desea. También se puede dejar todo abierto pero con la pega de que una habitación se queda de paso.
El menaje perfecto, el mejor de los que he conocido, además todo muy limpio y con alguna cosita fresquita para amenizar la bienvenida.
La piscina muy limpia y perfecta de cloro, con dos visitas de un técnico por semana, no todo el mundo hace esto.
Sí te gusta el monte mediterráneo, no hace falta coger el coche para salir a dar un buen paseo.
La agencia Adams y Behrens con Nicola como representante, cumplidores y resolutivos.
Animarse!! Está para repetir.
