Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Return the Parking Pass and Garage Keys. Replacement cost for each is $150 if missing after check-out.
Leave used bed linens as is on the beds for our cleaning team to collect:)
Wet towels can be left in any bathroom or hung from any towel rack or hook.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Subletting or re-renting of rooms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Pls be respectful. Noise fines are incurred each time strata dispatches security after 10pm ($150/per infraction)
