Weekend away close to Johnson Creek Park

Perfect for our family of three to stay near Johnson Creek park! Super close to meet up with friends who were RV Camping at Johnson Creek. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our quick weekend away.

Cozy Cabin is just that! Its small, but clean & well appointed ... comfortable bed, nice li ens & towels, great a/c, full kitchen! We love the updated bath & kitchen. Great appliances! Plus, wonderful outdoor spaces. We grilled out the 1st night. We would stay here again.

We only needed a place to stay for a night but this cabin was super cute and was perfect for just two adults.

My wife and I arrived at the house around 4:00 PM and immediately noticed the property was not very clean. There were several dead roaches on the floor that my wife had to clean up. We also found that the A/C was off when we arrived, and the temperature inside the house was 78F.We turned the A/C on and eventually got the house cooled down. However, around 2:00 AM we woke up hot and discovered that both A/C units had shut off again. Since there had been bad weather that night, we initially thought the power had gone out. After resetting the breakers, both units came back on.The next day we went fishing and returned to find the A/C had shut off once again and the house was back up to 78F. At that point, we got a hotel room because we did not want to spend our vacation dealing with ongoing A/C problems.When I contacted the host, the response was that I should have reached out and someone could have come to fix the issue. While I appreciate that, I do not pay to rent a vacation property only to wait on repair personnel or troubleshoot maintenance problems myself. I requested a refund for one night due to the inconvenience and was denied.The property itself has potential and is in a nice location, but based on our experience it does not appear to be well maintained. Future guests should be aware of the cleanliness issues and the A/C problems we encountered during our stay.

Great little cabin

Hubby and I were in town for a couples bass tournament. The cabin was perfect for us and parking was easy with the boat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The cabin was very clean and functional. Only two of us slept there, but we had family come to hang out and eat dinner both nights we stayed and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy. We will be back!
