Summary:
Welcome to Amelia Hideaway, time to relax! This 2BR/2BA condo is about privacy and memorable views of the moss-draped oaks and lounging by the pool. Conveniently located next to local ice cream shops, and restaurants, the trailhead for the Egan's Creek trail system and you can also walk to the beach! We look forward to welcoming you to our island home!

The Space:
This 3rd-floor unit boasts a large porch where you can relax, play games or just enjoy the scenery. Master bedroom has a king bed and two twins in the second bedroom. Spacious and comfortable.

Guest Access:
This unit is on the third floor and does NOT have an elevator. Guests will have to walk up three flights of stairs. Entry code sent to you on the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Amelia Landings Resort offers many onsite amenities, including picnic areas with grill, tennis court, spacious community pool area, and a catch-and-release pond. Short stroll (1/4 mile) to public access beach. Private path to beach through nature trail.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Super clean and well stocked.

It was so refreshing to arrive to a clean, well stocked property. Post-covid, good enough seems to be the 'new normal' - but not the case with Guest Cottage. The several small touches to welcome you go beyond any renting experience we've had on the island (and elsewhere) and show the effort they put in. We'll definitely be booking through them again. Thanks!

Great for a quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our two little kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the extra space on the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was short, but you do have to go through a woody area, and some of the boards on the path are in need of repair. It made it a little challenging with a stroller or wagon, and we did encounter some friendly reptiles (lizards and a small snake). The pool needed a good cleaning when we first arrived, but was finally skimmed and was ready to use.

Loved the property and the location

All good. Could use more pots, pans, etc to cook with. Need to check one toilet that kept running, Will definitely be back. Manager and owner were both great.
