Welcome to "Red Rock Retreat Montazona" in Sedona Arizona

Enjoy the breathtaking majestic red rock views and create memorable moments that will last a lifetime. The home is surrounded by magnificent red rock views with all of the adventure and tranquility that Sedona has to offer. Nestled on 1.3 acres, you will be able to relax in the newly remodeled home.

NO cleaning fees. NO chores.

The retreat is the perfect setting for family gatherings. Pamper yourself in this immaculate, non-smoking home, minutes to the heart of Sedona's restaurants, art galleries, golfing, hiking and literally backing up to the world famous red rocks. The open concept floor plan is spacious and includes a pool table and seating for all of your guests. All rooms are equipped with new smart TVs.

Enjoy a dip in the private heated swimming pool (pool heating available for an additional fee) and relax your muscles in the luxurious spa. Pool was recently upgraded to saltwater.

Master bedroom suite: King-sized bed. Includes a flat screen (smart) TV and full bath.

Bedroom #2, 3 and 4 include a king size bed as well as a flat screen (smart) TV.

Bedroom 5 is located in the attached casita. King-sized bed. Includes a flat screen (smart) TV and full bath. Casita Living room contains 2 built in Twin XL bunk beds.

There are 2 memory foam rollaway beds for children if necessary in the main home.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, linens, washer and dryer and 2-car garage. This oasis is perfect for anyone wanting to escape to the beauty and majesty of Sedona!

3 exterior cameras are located at entryways and noise monitor at the pool. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement through our property management software (as permitted by law)

We booked this house to celebrate a cousin’s milestone birthday, and everything about it was perfect. The home was spacious, well stocked, impeccably clean, and most importantly offered a stunning view. Our host, Meghan, was wonderful and always quick to respond. When we made a last-minute request for a Christmas tree, we were delighted to arrive to a beautifully decorated tree waiting to welcome us. It truly made the stay extra special.

Lovely property for a girls trip birthday celebration. Great communication from host and kind welcome basket. We spent many nights in the hot tub star gazing. Be sure to request heated pool in advance - it was a bit chilly in mid September. The property was a 10-20 min drive from all we planned to do in Sedona (shops, Mariposa restaurant, pink jeep, popular hiking trails, yoga) but the drive was scenic.

Sedona Adventure

This home is well-maintained and well-stocked with everything you need--lots of pool towels and sun screen, snacks ready when you arrive and condiments in the kitchen. It is far enough away from other homes in the neighborhood that the kids could have fun in the pool without disturbing others. The separate casita worked well for one family of five with the rest of us in the main house. The owner is very attentive and helpful.

Red Rock Retreat was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house was exactly as it was described. Meghan the host is fantastic and they had everything you could want at the place. They even had snacks for us when we arrived. The view from the house is amazing and we all had a great time.

Wonderful stay

8 of us stayed at this house( 2 families of 4). The house was very spacious/comfortable and was in a great location- less than 5 minutes to a market and other shops/restaurants. The pool was fun for the kids for some “down time” in between all of the activities in Sedona. Beautiful home and setting. We all loved it!

Great for family vacation

The home was a perfect set up! The pool and hot tub area were great for the kids. The apartment area was great for the family with smaller children. The kitchen was well stocked and there were all the amenities that were needed. The only issue we had were numerous noise complaints from the owner during daytime hours. We were able to figure it out once moving the speaker but this would have been nice to know about ahead of time. The owner was very nice and solved any issues within a timely manner.

Spring Break 2024

This house was perfect for our Sedona Spring Break, it was spacious and had beautiful views. We were within 10-40 min. of all major hikes. Our kids really enjoyed the morning hikes and coming back to the pool and hot tub for the afternoon. If you are traveling end of March early April I would recommend having the pool heated, the temps are still cool in the area but the pool was a big hit!

Sedona Getaway

Great location for our group. The communication was great with the host. Always a quick response. Each bedroom having king size beds was perfect for our group. Plus the casita offered somewhat of a second primary bedroom or a getaway for kids. The pool was nice and warm for this early in the year - heated. The only negative would be that there were a quite a few worn or broken items in the home. Just needs a little touch up.

I'm so sorry to hear that there were a few broken items. Unfortunately, the guests that left that same day broke some things. I did offer to come and have someone fix them right away but you declined to have us do that. My only other option would have been to delay your check-in. All broken items were immediately repaired after your stay. With larger groups, we sometimes have people that are harder on the home.

Red Rock Retreat - Awesome

Our family is scattered across the country. The Red Rock Retreat was the perfect house to accommodate our family for our get together. The 4 bedrooms and the casita were just what we needed. The kids and grandkids fell in love pool and hot tub which they used every day. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the accommodations were awesome. Thanks!

Wonderful respite

We had a wonderful stay at Red Rocks. The host, Meghan, is very communicative and attentive. I was there with my brother and family, which included 4 children between 6 and 13. The house was clean and had all the accomodations needed. Kids loved the gift basket/amenities that Meghan left. The pool was a hit for kids and adults (esp the hot tub for adults!). We miss it already.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful, much needed vacation and this was the perfect house for us! It was spacious and well stocked. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool daily! We stayed in and fixed many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2 washers and 2 dryers was super convenient. We also loved Sedona! We found wonderful local hiking and the Pink Jeep Tour was our favorite! The owners were wonderful to work with and were always fast with answering any questions! We would definitely recommend!!

This property is clean, spacious, and more beautiful than the pictures could show. Meghan was more than available when we had some technical issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook for 10, and she also had so many other things we didn’t know we would need but were available-IE vacuum, laundry soap, speaker. Overall a wonderful experience, over the top

family vacation

There were 14 of us on this family vacation. Ten adults and 4 kids ( 3 babies). The house was great, lots of space and well equipped for young children. The outside play space was fabulous for end of the day relaxation for the kids and the adults. Unfortunately, we did not have warm weather and were only able to use the hot tub but having a fire pit was a real plus. The house is located close to many hiking trails and only a short drive to Sedona.

Outstanding home in Sedona.

This was probably the ideal home for our family. The 4 older granddaughters enjoyed the casita and we appreciated that it was connected to the house. Everything that we wanted to do in Sedona was close by. The pool was outstanding and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was very well stocked and the only thing we needed that wasn’t there was a rolling pin so we bought one and left it there for the next family. It was very nice having the 2 rollaway beds for the 2 younger grandchildren. We had an absolutely wonderful, amazing vacation. Great memories!

Lovely home for exploring red rock country

We spent 4 days in this lovely Oak Creek Village property as the start to an AZ family vacation. It’s very well appointed with a kitchen well suited to dining in for a large group and with a pool table (with a Ping Ping table cover) and large family room sitting area. The home has been recently renovated to create an enormous common area combining the kitchen, dining and family rooms, all with a beautiful view of the nearby red rock mtns for which this area is known. There is an adjacent pool (heated for an additional fee) and hot tub (heated as part of the rental), also with great views of the mtns. Overall great place to stay as close to the less hectic village of Oak Creek while still only 10-15 minutes from the more developed town of Sedona. Finally just down the road from great hiking trailheads.
