Bowl game get away

Team didn’t win but we had a great time and enjoyed Ybor City and Tampa Riverwalk. Chris made checkin easy and quickly took care of a minor maintenance issue

Property it self was great

Host was great and properly it self was great. Neighbor was rather scary homeless on the next block and Ybor city has really gone down hill since it’s hay day yrs ago. But we used this place to do other things and it was a good base

It would be great if you could provide a little more context about your experience with the neighbor, the homeless person and Ybor City? Did you experience any specific issues or did they just not match your expectations or previous experiences? I've never had any issues with these things and never had a guest provide this type of feedback before, so I'd have for other guests to get the wrong impression of Ybor. Thanks, Chris

charming, beautifully updated home

This property was fantastic. Big, well-appointed bedrooms, comfortable furniture, very cozy. An easy 15 minute walk to the middle Ybor, free trolley, etc. The one thing we did not expect was how close it was to the freeway - it is quite noisy in the front of the house with the traffic noise. We had hoped to spend our mornings on the front porch but were actually delighted to instead spend them in the sun porch in the back. And it's an unusual and historic little neighborhood to walk around in, with many updated houses, many not, cobblestone streets, and lots of neighborhood cats. This house and neighborhood has lots of charm and character. We loved it. We had lots of questions about the property and the owner was quick to respond to all of them.
