It is decorated with new high end furnishings. It is perfect for the family or guest that wants to stay in a beautiful historic home.
The townhome is best geared toward quiet/low key guests. House rules include no smoking of any kind in or on premises, no pets, no parties/gatherings for security reasons, no loud noises (music, yelling, etc.), no extra guests beyond those stated at time of booking, minimum age of 30 for booking. Live among the mansions in style and within walking distance to Newport's key attractions - 1 block to Bellevue Ave Mansions, 3 Blocks to Breakers, 3 Blocks to Salve, 3/4 Mile to the Famous Bailey's Beach - ask about access to the beach . . . ;-).
What makes this property unique
This house is one of the oldest in the mansion district, built in 1846. It is close to the mansions, beach, thames street shops & restaurants, yet offers quietness, ample space and privacy.
