Holiday house with community pool within walking distance of the golf club and 1.5 km from the dream beach

In this holiday home you can enjoy the Andalusian sun all year round. The wonderful, wide, natural beach between Roche and Novo Sancti Petri can be reached quickly by car or on existing bicycles. The endless beach delights surfers as well as beach walkers. Numerous beach cafes and restaurants, the so-called "chiringuitos", offer fresh local cuisine and cocktails with beautiful sunsets.
The house is embedded in a small child-safe compound in the beautiful and varied golf course Sancti Petri Hills Golf, the clubhouse of which can be reached on foot. The golf course is not only interesting to play, but also offers affordable green fees with offers of € 25 / € 35 for 18 holes.

The house is suitable for 4 people and offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), 1 full bath and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Equipped with built-in air conditioning and heating, it can be used all year round. A large winter garden serves as a dining room and has glass fronts that can be completely opened and closed flexibly. It offers protection from strong winds and allows you to sit outdoors and in the green in any weather.

You can relax after a long day at the beach on the large terrace, in your own garden or in the large community pool. If you want, you can also enjoy the view from your own roof terrace with additional seating and dining options.
The house offers local and additional German television and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The compound with its green areas offers children safe play and movement space and is only accessible with a code.

400 m from the house is a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy and small shops. There is also a wonderful hammam for wellness enthusiasts, Los Banos Arabes.

For riders there are several riding stables nearby with rides on the beach.

The tourist center of Novo Sancti Petri, 5 km away, offers further golf courses, sports facilities, shops, ATMs and a hospital.

If you want to explore Andalusia, we recommend a trip to the historic coastal town of Cadiz (30 min), the white neighboring village of Conil (15 min), the white mountain village of Vejer de la Frontera (30 min), the city of Sherry's Jerez de la Frontera ( 30 min) or the cultural highlight of Seville (1.5 h).

Toller Golfurlaub

Von A-Z nahezu perfekt, lediglich das Ehebett hätte größer sein können, die Beschreibung vom Bett hatten wir überlesen. Die Lage ist für Golfer ideal direkt gelegen am anspruchsvollen Golfplatz, Supermarkt ist ca 400 m entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da es drum herum nichts gibt also Essen gehen Kaffee trinken etc. Das Haus ist in einem Topp Zustand alles da und noch viel mehr. In Summe ein perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin war hervorragend sofortige Antwort auf unsere Fragen.

Es nuestra quinta experiencia en la zona en verano y he de decir que ha sido la estancia más tranquila de todas con una muy buena ubicación y, a pesar de que tenía reticencias por la piscina comunitaria (siempre hemos tenido en exclusiva), he de decir que el vecindario era educado y respetuoso. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren in der zweiten September-Hälfte dort. Das Haus sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles sehr sauber, modern & gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach perfekt, man braucht wirklich nur noch seine Kleidung und Zahnbürste mitbringen :-). Vom Bügelbrett über Haarfön bis hin zu guten Messern (meist ein Problem in Ferienhäusern) ist alles vorhanden. Der Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich 3 Häuser weiter. Man verläßt das Haus durch den Garten, geht wenige Meter nach links, und schon ist man am Pool, den wir übrigens so gut wie für uns alleine hatten: In den ganzen16 Tagen haben wir ein einziges Mal eine ältere Dame dort gesehen. 2 kleine Klapp-Liegestühle zum Mitnehmen an den Pool oder an den (sehr sauberen, langen & nicht überfüllten) Strand gab's ebenfalls. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin: Hervorragend, zuverlässig und sehr nett. Evtl. noch erwähnenswert: In ca. 300 Meter Entfernung gibt es einen Carrefour Supermarkt, wo man alles Notwendige bekommt. Allerdings wurden die Frischetheken (Fleisch, Fisch) in der dritten September-Woche geschlossen. Da dieser Supermarkt über den Winter komplett schließt, ließ auch so nach und nach die Regal-Auffüllung nach. Das macht aber nichts, denn nur 5 Min. entfernt direkt am Ortseingang von "El Colorado" ist schon der nächste Carrefour, der ganzjährig geöffnet ist und eine sehr gute Auswahl hat. Soll heißen: Ein Auto vor Ort zu haben ist sehr nützlich. Wir empfehlen Haus & Gastgeber auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiter.

Buen sitio para descansar.

Pues puedo opinar que es un lugar encantador, bien situado y en una urbanización muy tranquila. Está muy bien equipado para cuatro personas, la limpieza es más que correcta. Lo mejor que es un sitio tranquilo, y tiene mucho espacio exterior, la terraza con múltiples espacios es realmente muy aprovechable. Hemos estado muy cómodos, es un sitio para repetir.
