Enjoy our huge Summer discounts and stay on the soft sand and warm water. This sun-kissed Southern Home is perfectly positioned only 700 feet away from the soft white sandy beach, & only a few minutes drive to the ritz of Rosemary beach, and the restaurants and nightlife of Pier Park Plaza. It's inspired by the beauty & tranquility of beach-life, lounging in beach clothes after a day of soaking in the sun in the warm Gulf waters.

Kick back in comfy chairs, watch sports on free YouTube TV, enjoy cooking family meals in the full kitchen or gas grill, listen to waves on the two private balconies. All rooms have smart TVs.

The space

Relax to the sound of waves crashing on the sand as you sit on your own private balcony attached to the second floor master bedroom. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and double sinks, and 55 inch Smart TV. There are two other rooms with Queen beds that share a full bath. The third floor is a fun loft area with two bunk beds, sleeps 5, and has its own TV, eating area and private deck. The first floor bedroom features a large screen TV, sitting area, and ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower perfect for snowbirds.


Enjoy cooking up breakfast together in the full kitchen with a breakfast bar. The well furnished back-yard includes a gas grill perfect for hosting cookouts in the sunshine and fresh air, with multiple seating and play areas. You'll find it easy to get into a sunny state of mind staying here.

The house is conveniently located in the Laguna Beach area, halfway between upscale Rosemary Beach and the fun of Pier Park, Gulfworld and St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy jet ski rentals, beach volleyball, and all sorts of play areas.

A good getaway

It’s was a great place for my friends and I on our spring break trip the only thing is that the “murphy bed” is not actually a Murphy bed it is a trundle bed with an air mattress overall we had a lot of fun though we are college students so are standards are not as high but we all really liked the property and how close it was to the beach. There were a few dishes that were not properly cleaned and some damage to the house when we arrived but nothing that was a big deal or that I would say should keep anyone from renting this property.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and super close to the beach which made it even better. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made everything simple.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing place.

Great space for a big group

We had a great time during our stay. There were a few issues while there but the communication with Chad was great. We had an issue with one of the tubs where the water was not draining and Chad sent maintenance the next day to work on it with no problem. The house could use a bit more cleaning. The blinds were all very dusty and some of the linens did not appear very clean and there was some trash and items left in the master from the previous renters. The fridge only had one shelf that worked and made it difficult to store all the food for a week for a big group. The house was spacious enough for everyone to hangout and there were enough rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The property was in a very good location for less traffic and good access to the beach and other areas nearby. The house was well kept and clean.
