"Falcon's Landing" An adorable cabin in a great location! WALK to Bear Mountain's lower level ski shuttle or take a short 1 mile drive to front row resort parking. Close proximity to Moonridge Zoo, the golf course and trailheads! Backyard offers sky scraping pine trees, outdoor furniture and propane BBQ. A comfortable 2 bed 1 bath with new carpet, granite kitchen and imported furnishings. A perfect escape for couples, family & friends!!



🌲 THE PROPERTY🌲
The living area features a large sectional centered around a rock-wall, real wood burning fireplace. The TV is equipped with cable and the cabin has great wifi speed and connection. An open layout allows easy interaction to the kitchen. For all those chef enthusiasts; let loose and get down to business because this kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the necessities needed! Complimentary coffee with creamers, a classic 12 pot coffee maker and Brita are provided for our guests. Plenty of board games, books and movies available in the activities cabinet. The master retreat has a queen size bed with upgraded linens, bright natural lighting, vaulted ceilings and cable television. Bedroom #2 also has plush upgraded linens with bunk bed (twin over queen) and TV with dvd player. The cabin's only bathroom is a clean and classic vintage-style full size shower/tub combo.

Venture outside to the spacious backyard. Offering sky scraping pine trees, a propane BBQ, night lighting, a tree hung hammock and plenty of spots to lounge and enjoy a meal at. A small entrance deck and small back patio offers additional hangout spots. There is nothing better than being on a leveled lot when it comes to winter season.. Pull up to two vehicles into the driveway and avoid all the extra hassle of windy roads and climbing of driveways!!

Charming Cottage
We stayed in this cottage for a quick trip The cottage was very clean inside and out With the Gates closed my puppy was able to run completely around the house which she loved it is very quite area it is in walking distance to Zoo and Snow Lifts 5 street behind house is a great walking trail Kitchen fully stocked Great neighbors doesn't matter if they live there full time or just renting a vacation home , when we were loaded up and about to leave one member of my party slammed the heavy truck door on 3 of my fingers and my hand needless to say that i screamed bloody murder lol it was one of the worse pains that i have felt in my life but 2 neighbors came rushing over to see if i was ok that was so nice of them i apologized for yelling like that and they completely understood my pain I was rushed to the hospital after that lol

This cabin is pet friendly upon approval. Pet fee is $25 per pet, per reservation. Small pets only, not weighing more than 35 pounds. 2 Pet max. You are required to inform me prior to booking completion if you are bringing along your companion. Please bring their own bedding, toys, meal dishes, crate and grooming gear for their comfort and needs. Grooming your pet before your visit helps tremendously with the shedding and is always appreciated. Keep pet waste picked up at all times and please provide your own waste bags.

By city law I am required to do an in-person check-in. The person who booked the reservation must be present at the time of check-in and have a valid, matching I.D. We are also required to read you through Big Bear's "Good Neighbor Policy" with a signature of acknowledgment to follow. Myself or my associate with reach out to you the day of arrival and coordinate a time to meet at the cabin for check-in. Again, this is per city requirements.

Big Bear does not provide trash services. You are required to haul your trash to one of the cities dump stations upon departure.There are two locations:
- 41970 Garstin Dr. Big Bear Lake, CA
- 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear Lake, Ca
If you leave your trash behind, you will be charged $25 for the first bag and $15 per bag after that.

🔌 INTERNET 🔌
BE ADVISED: It is common for Big Bear to lose internet service and/or have power outages. This can happen during bad winter storms, very heavy winds and even vehicles crashing into power lines. To view the cities repair status and estimated time, please look online or you can contact me and I can check for you.

☀️ SUMMER ☀️
There is no a/c. Ceiling fans available for use and keeping the windows open will help the heat escape as well. A baby gate is located in the bedroom closet should you want to prop it in the front/back door and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

❄️ WINTER ❄️
Please take caution during our winter months and keep snow chains, a snow shovel and salt on hand at all times.
There are 3 routes that lead to Big Bear:

Hwy 330
Hwy 38
As long as there is one route open and accessible, your reservation will remain in effect. Please keep a close eye on CalTrans website to get the most current and accurate road conditions.
