Cozy apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen

The 3-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) is located on the 1st Upper floor and is only 1.3 km from the popular Baltic Sea beach. There is a separate entrance that goes out from the shared hallway. The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable leather couch, new furniture and a large flat-screen TV.
The bedroom has a large (1.80 m wide) double bed, a closet and storage space and a large window.
In the 2nd Bedroom has a 1.40 m wide double sofa bed.
In the kitchen there is a dining table, 4 chairs, an electric stove, an oven and a refrigerator. All important utensils for cooking and cozy meals are available (dishes, pots, pans, kettles, microwaves, coffee machines, toasters). If something is missing, we are happy to help.
There is a walk-in shower cubicle in the bathroom. The bed linen and towels in the bathroom are booked separately. The laundry package costs € 10 per person. Our guests can choose to bring their own bed linen and towels.
In the garden there is a separate seating area with a beach chair and a charcoal grill for the holiday guests.
In Nienhagen a visitor's tax of € 1.50 per person / day is charged on site.
