Living area 33 m², combined living room / bedroom with kitchenette, color TV, radio (satellite system), double bed, sofa bed for an additional person, bathroom with shower and toilet, parking spaces for cars and bicycles on the property of the family house. Community space ("Klönecke") with barbecue,
- comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments (new building) in a sunny location - quiet residential area between the harbor and the Baltic Sea; both within a few minutes reachable, north side (street) wooded, - in the apartments smoking is not allowed with respect to subsequent guests. However, a smoking area is located in the backyard area ("Klönecke") - the required bed linen is to be booked as an additional service (linen package) separately or before arrival at the landlord for the price of 10 € / pers. to be ordered.- Hand towels, shower and tea towels are to bring along or can be borrowed from the landlord (price as needed).
