About this property

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located rental. Only 8 minutes from downtown, shopping, and lake Champlain, you can enjoy the local eatery, bars, and sights while getting away in this spacious rental.

The space:

This lovely Plattsburgh rental is fully renovated and just refurnished in 2022. In the winter, it is a quiet place right outside of town to be cozy and warm with family and friends before and after adventures in the snow. In the summer, it is a great place to enjoy the water and gorgeous views of the Green Mountains in Vermont.

The rental is right off the road with total privacy and large backyard.

There are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms with soft sheets, down duvets, extra blankets, pillows, new mattresses, towels, Trader Joe’s Shampoo and Body Soap, a glass desk for working in each room.

The living room has a large couch and 75” QLED flat screen TV with Netflix and a full sized pool table.

Recent Upgrades: We listened! based on reviews we added better lighting throughout, a microwave, and a full sized pool table.

The gym is equipped with a Peloton Treadmill , a Peloton Bike, and stretch bands, jump ropes, and weights.

The house works great for large families, large groups of friends, and Bachelor/Bachelorette parties. The kitchen is stocked for making family meals.

Things to do:

5 minute drive to Point Au Roche State Park. The park had trails, including nature, hiking and biking trails, wind through interesting habitats, from forest to marsh to shoreline.

Montreal and Burlington are each about an hour away and make for fun day trip.

The Adirondack Mountains are nearby for great day hikes.

Sailing + Windsurfing are incredible on Lake Champlain.

Skiing is great at nearby Whiteface Ski Resort. The road cycling is unparalleled and you can literally ride without seeing many cars for 50+ miles.

Weekend visit

Great , quiet location wish every room had an a.c or fan . I would personally recommend bringing your own toiletries and towels/wash clothes there was plenty of towels only one wash cloth Overall had a GREAT time!

Very cool house

This house itself was perfect. The design was unique. It was difficult to find the home due to the fact there isn’t pictures posted of what the place looks like from the outside. I loved the flooring. The communication with the host was ideal. Thank you for the great stay.

Next door is an RRC, google it. This house is beautiful on the inside!

We stayed inside and enjoyed the location going in to the town. We loved the black interior and the Edison lighting, really cool. The pool table is a bit cramped but can be played with a shorter cue stick. A couple rooms were hot but they have fans to run in them. Large TV and peloton workout machines all were used. Enjoyed the stay for what we needed.

Lots of room to entertain

Had a card tournament with 12 players. A few from out of town stayed over. Plenty of room and parking. Everyone had a great time. Thank you.

Spacious and easy access to downtown

This home had Plenty of rooms for everyone. Lots of parking. Was easy to access downtown and close to general stores if needed. Large laundry room to keep everything clean as needed. lots of gathering space for everyone in a group or in smaller groups to play games and socialize.
