Beautiful Log Cabin in the Woods

This is a beautiful spacious home, very comfortable for 6 people plus we had a few other family members join us to watch the eclipse. My adult children enjoyed the game room and chess set. The appliances are new and high end: fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Three full baths are a bonus. The screened in porch was great to be outside with protection from the mosquitos. We had a fire in the fire pit. It felt very secluded even though only a few minutes to town,shopping and Lake Champlain. The owner lives at the end of the road. We met him briefly when he came to invite us to watch the eclipse in his open yard. We also enjoyed the decor of the home; the furniture was very very nice and comfortable and the gas fireplace made it very cozy.

Quiet Cabin in the Woods

This was a very nice cabin. The kitchen was very well equipped, however there were many details that were ignored. There was 1 box of tissues in the entire 3 bedroom cabin. There was no extra toilet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms. We were able to find some in the Laundry room. We just felt it would be more appropriate to be in the bathrooms. There was no batteries in the Dart Game and none in the air hockey game for scoring. The room with the kitchen, dinning room and living room the floor was dirty. Looked like it was not cleaned before we came. There was an Ant problem. The fireplace was very nice. There was many staples available in the Kitchen including coffee, jelly, peanut butter and condiments in the refrigerator. Lots of options for soaps and shampoos. Overall for us the biggest issue was the dirty floor, the ants and no tissues.

Private cabin oasis getaway for our family

My family and I stayed here for Christmas 2023 and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Tucked away in a private wooded lot in the coziest log home with every single thing you would need. The garage rec room was such a wonderful bonus and provided entertainment for everyone in our group. The convenient location close to all the shops and restaurants in Plattsburgh was great. The property manager Jamie was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful

This house gets 5 stars for everything. Our group vacations twice a year at different locations though out the United States. This was the best and cleanest house in all our travels. Property manager and owner were great to deal with. We had a minor mishap (our own fault) and they were right there. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We really enjoyed meeting you.

Log Cabin Retreat

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! The house is wonderful, very clean and full of well thought out touches. Location is super convenient just off the highway. Would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you

We built this house incorporating the elements that had been missing in previous homes. The library offers a reading area, a nice assortment of books and a relaxing chair. The game room has a new ping pong table, poker table, chess and checker table, dart board and comes with a wet bar and cooler. The dry sauna helps the most stressed relax.

This property is located on a private road and is situated surrounded by tall trees in a mature forest. This property is brand new with radiant heat, fireplace, library, screened in porch, sauna, game room and three full bedrooms and baths. The privacy and beauty of this property are worth the price of admission.
