This home is centrally-located in the quiet Peak 7 neighborhood on a half-acre wooded property. No matter what season you come to visit, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy right out the front door – skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking – just to name a few.

Common with most homes in Breckenridge, this house does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and in the living room.

Perfect house for family holiday!

Great setup for our extended family trip to Breck. Loved the layout, plenty of space for our whole crew. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

Our family had a wonderful reunion in Brackenridge. The property is large and beautiful with plenty of room for us all to hang out together both indoors and outdoors. Three location is wonderful and there are a few hikes that start close to the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were bigger than we expected and were well stocked with everything we needed. Cate was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We would highly recommend this place.
