Amenities at this resort on the beach include three outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers, a grill area, the on-site Cabana Bar & Grill, and two assigned parking spots.

Start vacation days sipping coffee or tea on the balcony overlooking The Sanctuary's stunning tropical courtyard and pool. This balcony can be enjoyed in early spring and late fall, even after temperatures drop, so consider an off-season getaway!

The condo features a beautiful open floor plan with a spacious living room and gourmet kitchen with full comforts like Cuisinart appliances and accessories, Keurig, and an espresso machine. The living room is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and boasts a 65-inch TV with wood floors throughout. You'll enjoy access to a large DVD library (there is a DVD player that can be moved from room to room), a game table (dining table converts to a poker table), and complimentary WiFi during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen will make mealtimes a true pleasure. All appliances are stainless steel and top-of-the-line to provide the chef with everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. You're also sure to enjoy your private luxurious main bath. The second bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, TV, and DVD player.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
