Recently remodeled property in historic 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Enjoy this two bedroom two bathroom w/ all the essentials for long & short term stays. Sleep tight w/ super comfy king bed in the master and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. Tastefully decorated thru-out. Hot location that definitely wont disappoint!

All the amenities you need for a long or short term stay. Washer/Dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar and creamer. We offer Netflix and Hulu on the living room and bedroom TV.

A real gem in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great place to stay!One note to consider…for those with larger cars, the provided parking space can be a bit tight, especially when a larger car has taken the slot next to it.

Cute place with a great location

This place was perfect for our girls weekend and we loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants. Time Market was wonderful for picking up some basic groceries and pastries.

Great location and very clean property! The host was very responsive if we needed anything. The parking is very tight, in one of the bedrooms the AC didn’t work great and the bathroom was extremely hot, don’t think it had AC in it!

Lovely, clean well appointed place. Lots of shelf space to put your stuff on. A little hard to find the keypad on the front door when arriving, but otherwise a very nearly perfect stay.

West U Tucson Stay.....

Clean and cute. On the small side, but I knew that going in. Kind of tricky to find the door to get in the first time. Bathroom was clean and sheets/bed clean. I would stay there again.

This is a cute little rental with everything you need for a basic stay. Clean, fully functional, and amazing location so close to U of A main gate. Waters in the frige were a nice touch in the AZ heat - thank you Eric!
