The place was amazing. It is very cozy and charming. And talk about easy access to the shows. Just a hop on and off the highway. Any questions I had were responded to very quickly. And YES we intend to stay again.
I had an excellent stay in this home. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I left my necklace on the dresser on accident after I had already checked out of the house, and Sophia packaged it up and mailed it to me! I am so grateful she was able to return my necklace to me. Her communication with me was great. Amazing stay and highly recommend!
The gate surrounding the property made us feel safe in a neighborhood that was a little sketchy. Plenty of room for the dogs to get some exercise and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was not comfortable.
My stay was terrible. I fell spent 14 hours in the hospital only got to use the rental one night not that I would go back for a second night but nonetheless, I asked for a refund of my money because I felt it was the owners fault that I fell every room in the house had a step that you had to use in the middle of the night and I happen to miss a 2 inch step and fell down, broke ribs and injured my hip and my knee my shoulder nonetheless I’ve been in pain. I’m still in pain ever since Thanksgiving because of it let people know what condition your places before you rent it.
Property is little but well-equipped and clean. We couldn’t locate the WiFi info when we arrived back at the house quite late in the evening. My son had one last final to upload and upon messaging the host, the reply was thankfully immediate. Much to his relief! Great location near downtown and the university.
This lovely cozy home was a welcome surprise! It has 2 BR and 2 Baths, each bath near a BR for easy access. The home is unique. Although small, it has lovely decor and the space is well-planned. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed - gas stove, full fridge, blender, toaster, coffee needs, kettle, plus ample usuals, shelf space and more. We used the table for eating and moved it around for games. There was a DVD player and even a few movies to choose from. Temp was easy to control, parking within the secure gated yard was great. The railroad runs along the street and is a very active line, regularly rumbling by and more noticeable in the front BR than rear. This is fun for kids who enjoy train sounds; we found sound-diminishers (earplugs, white noise) to be helpful when sleep was an issue. Wifi worked as hoped, bathtub was a treat, everything very clean and well-provided, interesting tidbits here and there all around to thumb-through, read or use. Plenty of closet space, drawers, towels, and soft goods under-foot where needed. We felt well cared-for and communication was easy and ready. This was a wonderful stay for our stay to poke around Tucson, Tubac, the foothills, taking in the arts, music, eateries, and desert meanderings. Don't overlook this sweet spot.
