Check-Out: *10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.
Fireplaces: *On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
✨ Peace of Mind & Travel Insurance: I want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note that this home has a strict cancellation policy. Because life can be unpredictable, we encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for extra peace of mind. This way, you can book with confidence knowing you’re protected no matter what comes up. This can be done at www.insuremytrip.com where you can pick the coverage that suits your situation.

It’s the perfect balance of seclusion while still being close enough to everything you need. We hope you had a chance to fully unwind and enjoy the natural beauty around you! Cozy cabin with great screened-in porch and comfortable mattresses. Note that one bathroom does have openings above the walls so noises will travel. Great location for hanging out in the Smokies.
We loved our stay in this cabin. It was nice, clean, & larger than we expected. It was private but close to town & activities. We highly recommend this cabin & hope to be back again soon.
We were there to celebrate Fathers Day, my Birthday, and the one year anniversary of adopting our children. It was an amazing experience and we are already planning to come back.
This was the perfect place to relax in and outside on the porches of! Quiet property, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed being away from the hustle of the bigger cities after long days of hiking.

Exceeded expectations. So clean, cute, and everything we needed was right there. It's very quiet and off the beaten path.
We had a great time in this cute and cozy cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved the location, so close to Cades Cove. The bear theme was adorable and the kids liked the upstairs area. We hope to be back soon!
Nice location, not far from restaurants and things, but also very quiet. House was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. Nice screened porch. Would definitely stay here again.
This cabin is great! It is very roomy (for a cabin), very clean, and well equipped with useful things. All beds are very comfortable and having two bathrooms is a nice bonus. Close to nice restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and off course many hiking trails, great views, and only minutes away from the caverns. Great place to get away from everything and relax.

The cabin was just as it looked online. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms. The location is great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch swing. By having a washer and dryer, we were able to pack lighter.

We are a large family and this cabin suited us well from the cleanliness to the quietness of the area. Plus all the essentials in the cabin. We loved the high ceilings and just how everything was decorated. Owner was very responsive and very detailed with what we needed to know for our stay. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for a couple or even a larger family as there is plenty of room.

Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property and especially the wooden bedroom furniture. It’s wonderful to know that the cabin made such a positive impression on you. We’d love to have you stay again and hope to see you back soon!
Neat little cabin, spent most of our time in the screened in porch or in the swing out front. Quiet neighborhood, would have preferred smoother road but no problem, just rough. Heard what we presume were young bears just after dusk one evening, playing nearby. Exterior pics looked more ramshackle than the cabin actually is; would consider staying here again.

We will look into updating those pictures! It's so exciting to hear little bears romping around the woods! I hope your enjoyed your quiet evenings out on the porch swing. It's a great place to enjoy the sunset and cool evenings!
Good:Very clean and very comfortable. Many upgrades (TV, Dining Table) not shown in pics. Very quiet cabin, well decorated, would not hesitate to stay here again.Bad:Only real iffy bad is master bath shower is really small and shower curtain attacks you. We just used 2nd bath. Not as remote as you may think, some very active neighbors, not an issue, more FYI.Why not 5-Stars?Those are given wat to liberally.TV is big but very slow.Bed is comfortable but noisy and if you are short, side rails make it hard to get in/out.Master bath shower just way too small.Again, would stay here again, just a few changes and it would easily be 5-star

Thank you so much for your detailed review — we truly appreciate your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the cabin very clean, comfortable, and even nicer than pictured with the recent upgrades. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the décor and the peaceful setting, and we’re grateful that you would choose to stay with us again.
I’m sorry to hear that the master shower felt small and that the curtain was bothersome. Just to clarify for future guests, the master shower is a standard-size walk-in shower, and the bathroom also includes a whirlpool bathtub, which many guests enjoy as an alternative. We appreciate your feedback and will take another look to ensure everything is functioning comfortably.
Thank you also for noting the TV speed and bed frame height — we’ll look into both to see where improvements can be made. And we appreciate you sharing the note about nearby activity; while the area is generally quiet, it’s helpful information for future guests to know.
We’re grateful for your honesty and so glad you’d stay with us again. With a few refinements, we hope to earn that 5-star rating on your next visit!
Its literally sitting in the woods but just what "the dr ordered" for me for the wkd. Gps issnt accurate but they send directions and there is signage so it wasnt too hard to find.
