The bungalow is designed for two people and is next to another apartment on the landlord's property in a quiet residential area overlooking the Achterwasser, which is only about 5 minutes walk away. To Ückeritzer bathing beach on the Baltic Sea is about 20 minutes. On the property there is a garaging for bicycles and a parking space. The garden terrace is equipped with a seating area.

The 2017 built bungalow is located on the garden property of the landlord. It consists of a combined living and dining area, a bedroom for two and a bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a mini oven. The initial bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one towel per person) are included in the price. A parking space and Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeiten are available. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
