We (Geoff and Kat) own and manage our properties. We are both military brats (Army) and Geoff is also ex-military (Navy). We have lived in Jacksonville a long time, got married here and started our real estate journey here together as well.
We enjoy interacting with guests and making properties better. Each property has its own characteristics and is ever changing. We love to travel and stay in Short term rentals when we do. We know there are always things to improve upon and learn from our travels as well as suggestions from guests. We would be happy to host you and hear your thoughts as well.
Why they chose this property
We have several short term rentals. This one is a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. We know many travelers want to have their time away from the hustle and bustle but be close enough to get to anything they want to do. This location provides this for them with regards to anything in downtown Jacksonville and its core.
What makes this property unique
We chose to decorate with flowers so all pictures and touches keep this in mind. The carport has a flower mural worked into the cement blocks.
The kitchen is fully remodeled and equipped for you to cook. We ensure there is coffee fixings available so you don't wake to no coffee (personally a problem for us when we travel). The bathroom is updated including a very quiet fan and a blue-tooth speaker.
All hardwood floors in the living area and bedrooms. This place has charm of its time period.
