About this property

Steps to the Beach, Pool, Location, Location! Great for Families and Groups

Recently renovated to include luxury vinyl plank floors and new paint.

This unit is over 1600 sq feet and feels more like a house than a condo. Living room with plenty of seating and a dining room table for 8 make this the perfect place for families and groups. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a jack and jill bath to the bunk room that has 4 bunk beds. Ocean views from every room in the unit!

Location is the key. 1 minute walk to a deeded beach access with chair service or use the included beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to set up your own place to enjoy. When it is time for lunch, a quick walk back to the fully equipped kitchen will make meal prep easy, or walk to one of the many restaurants nearby including Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, or Crab Trap. If you want to take a break from the beach, the pool or tennis and volleyball courts are well kept. This is a smaller complex so won't be over crowded or a struggle to find space. All of Destin's other attractions are only a short drive away, including shopping, Harbor Boardwalk, gulfarium, the water park, Crab Island, a number of golf courses, and fishing.

Location is fabulous . Check in is simple. The kitchen is a bit lacking on cookware. The pillows are terrible and the vertical blinds are useless and this still didn’t dampen our fun. As I said, location is fabulous. The view is very nice, too.

Great Vacation

Check in was fast and easy, nice and clean, spacious, good view especially if you wanted to see the sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed and more, it was walking distance from private beach entrance and the Pool area was nice too. I will definitely be coming back. Josh was an awsome, if i had a question he was quick to respond. The Airbnb felt like home away from home. Thank you, Josh.

Wonderful beach vacay

The property is directly across the street from the beach and gate to access the private beach area. Very safe and accessible and away from the tall condos so no huge crowds, mostly families. The unit is very spacious and decorated in a way that promoted calmness and vacation vibes! The balcony was very nice for hanging out after the beach. There were hdmi cords for the kids to hook up gaming systems. There was a crock pot, toaster and coffee pot as well as other kitchen appliances. Will be back! 5 stars.
