You can even park for free!!! This is a relaxing place to get away from it all and centrally located to everything Nashville has to offer.

30+ Day Stays ā€“ Required Recurring Cleaning (Scope, Cost & Exclusions)

For reservations of 30+ nights, recurring cleanings are required to maintain the home.
Frequency:
Weekly (every 7 days)

Cost:
$175 per cleaning visit, charged at cost (our cleanerā€™s rate; no markup).

Great stay!

Very nice stay. Well appointed rental. Comfortably fit 3 adults for a long weekend in Nashville with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and very clean. Convenient parking right outside the front door. Patio is very nice on a sunny day. I would stay here again! Only things to note are interior stairs are quite steep so may be challenging to get to bedrooms with mobility issues, and wifi mysteriously cut out every day at 8:30 AM. Otherwise, wonderful stay and I highly recommend!
