Welcome to Pedal Inn 3. Sit on the back deck and watch the bike/walking trail. Ride to Coler in 5 minutes and Downtown Bentonville is a 12 minute bike ride. You have this whole house, 1350 square feet, to yourself plus the ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms(king, queen and 2 twin beds), 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, WIFI, 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps, full size washer/dryer, large deck and privacy fenced backyard.

The Space:
Spacious home on a corner lot overlooking the trailhead. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. Privacy fenced backyard with a nice, large deck to enjoy people watching on the trail. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here 4 months after a storm damaged our house. This house is in a very walkable and biking neighborhood. The WalMart is just down the road. The hosts of this house were very accommodating and easy to work with. We don’t bike, but the house is set up for bikers in mind. You will love your stay here.
