We thought that that the location was great! Just a few minutes from all the major attractions, Dollywood, Dolly’s Stampede, Mountain Coasters to name a few.The unit was clean and had the essentials needed.The pool and hot tub was right down the stairs. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony and seeing the ducks and geese each morning and then again at night going the other way. We also saw an eagle.

We loved our stay here and will be back! The condo is exactly as described and the location is perfect. We were close enough to Le Conte Center for competition and all of the restaurants and entertainment but the balcony overlooking the river gave you the feeling of being further off of the beaten path. The hosts were very quick to reply with the few minor things we needed addressed. We were impressed with cleanliness, space, enough seating, enough cabinet space to put our groceries, large enough table to all eat together and adequately stocked kitchen. We can't wait to plan our next trip here!

Parking was great… first floor parking under the condo…. So close to the main road we could walk to a few places… the sound of rushing water was really nice!!!!

The place was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. The balcony was wonderful. We spent many afternoons enjoying the rushing of the waters. There were a couple of small issues which were rectified, but overall it was a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Rushing Water. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook, relax and sleep comfortably. We had a tiny issue with cleaning and the owner responded super quickly and handled it immediately. We loved the location. It is very convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Having the water behind the condo was a pleasant treat to enjoy both in the mornings and evenings. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!!
